Returns & Refunds

Cancel any time before your delivery or installation date for a full refund — no fees, no questions. Call us and we’ll take care of it on the spot.

Unopened, uninstalled units in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the unit price. Delivery and service fees for work already performed aren’t refundable. We’ll pick the unit up from the original delivery address.

Once a unit is installed it can’t be returned for a change of mind — but it’s fully covered two ways:

• Defective on arrival or within the manufacturer’s warranty:we’ll coordinate a repair or exchange under the manufacturer’s warranty. If a unit we installed is dead on arrival, we’ll swap it ourselves.
• Installation issues:our workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days. If something’s wrong because of how it was installed, we come back and fix it free.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received or the cancellation being confirmed.
